We try to get back to each of your queries and concerns as quickly as possible so that we can provide any more details or provide resolutions to problems. If you have any questions you can't find an answer to on our website, please send us a message and we will get back to you.

Privacy is incredibly important to all of us, and we want to maintain privacy standards for our customers.

We have an account creation option where you can save address information and payment information if you would like to and feel comfortable doing so. This information will only be for your ease of use in checking out and is not collected by us. We only need your address information when an order is placed so that we can send you your package. During checkout your email will also be collected to send you any update information, such as your tracking number or updates, and your email will be added to our email mailing list.

You can add your email to our mailing list for future updates. Customers who have placed orders will also have their emails added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from these emails within the email itself.

Our email newsletters are only meant to provide significant update information to our customers and to occasionally inform customers of sales/deals and any new product information we feel might be useful. We know how annoying these emails can get, so we try to make them infrequent.

No information will ever be shared, sold, or given to anyone who is not part of Tessoterica.

For one time wholesale orders we require advanced notice so we have time to order any additional supplies, make the products, and let them cure and set up. We can work with you for scent preferences and design preferences.

Soap orders - at least 3 months advanced notice
Candles/wax melts - at least 2 months advanced notice
